Tashkent hosts international industrial exhibition “Expo-Russia Uzbekistan 2018”
The international industrial exhibition “Expo-Russia Uzbekistan 2018” is being held at the Youth Creativity Palace, in Tashkent. 

The event is organized for the first time by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC “Zarubezh-Expo” (Russia) in cooperation with a number of ministries and departments.

More than 200 companies and enterprises of Russia, operating in the field of energy, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, construction, transport logistics, telecommunications and communications, production of chemical and agro-industrial complexes, consumer goods, food, medical, pharmaceutical products, agricultural and digital technologies, are presenting their products at the exhibition.

The event aims at further strengthening trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia, diversification of economic cooperation, strengthening relations in socio-humanitarian sphere.

Uzbekistan is conducting activities on forming new transport and logistics directions, expanding the network of roads and railways, implementation of new projects on effective use of digital technologies in the sphere. The logistics, cargo transportation, production and introduction of digital technologies offered by Russian businesspeople will create conditions for ensuring Uzbekistan’s integration into the international transport and communication system.

Presentations, round table discussions, negotiations between participants and specialists are being held within the framework of the exhibition.
