According to the State Committee on Statistics, in January-May 2021, construction work was completed in Uzbekistan for a total of 37.3 trillion. soums. Compared to the corresponding period of 2020, the growth rate was 100.9 %.

State-owned organizations completed construction work for a total of 1503.9 billion soums. Their share in the republic is 4.0%.

Non-state-owned organizations completed construction work worth 35,764.8 billion soums. Their share in the republic is 96.0%.

In the structure of the total volume of construction work, large construction organizations carried out construction work in the amount of 8.611.7 billion soums.

The volume of construction work carried out by small enterprises and microfirms amounted to 22420.8 billion soums.
