On July 10–13, 2023, the course «Energy Saving and Increasing the Energy Efficiency of Production. Green building» was hel in UzEngineering RDI. This is an overview course on standards of green building, international green building, energy efficiency and renewable energy. The course is organized in cooperation with the Association of Consulting Engineers of Uzbekistan and the Green Building Council.

Through this course, participants learned about the main concepts of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources, international green building standards currently used in Uzbekistan: LEED, BREEAM and EDGE. Course speaker — Temur Akhmedov, LEED AP, C.E.M. — Founder of the NGO «Uzbekistan Green Building Council» and an international expert in the field of green building, energy efficiency, renewable energy with more than 20 years of international experience.
