During the construction and installation, we make sure that all contractors work in accordance with the accepted norms and standards, within the cost and time limits established by the contract. We have experience necessary for a successful launch of a new production facility.

This includes developing procedures, preparing documents for acceptance, assisting contractors and customers to achieve safe and efficient transfer of the property. We work in close cooperation with customers, ensuring maximum effectiveness of joint actions, as well as full integration of our team with the customer organization.

During the management of the project on behalf of the customer, we advice on a wide range of issues, including the compliance of construction technology with modern technological solutions, environmental protection, labor and health protection, and energy efficiency.

We carry out supervision and monitoring of the work performed by EPC-contractors: project management, making payments, forecasting costs, preparing work plan and time schedules, change plans, project reports, document processing and control, facility commissioning, etc.
