RDI UzEngineering LLC implements a wide range of design solutions for industrial and infrastructure facilities, which requires constant strict compliance with environmental codes and standards, including international ones, at all stages of development and adaptation of pre-design and design documentation.

Therefore, the primary objective is to establish a unified policy and management framework that ensures that the Company’s operations align with international standards, including those related to the environment.

In light of these considerations, RDI UzEngineering LLC implemented a comprehensive three-day training program for its employees. This program, titled «Manager/Internal Auditor of Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001:2015," aimed to enhance the environmental management system within the Company.

During the training, the participants learned the key requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard, studied the methods of environmental aspects assessment, internal audits, and the use of tools that improve environmental performance. The participants devoted particular attention to practical tasks. They analyzed cases, practiced the stages of internal audit, identified discrepancies, and formulated corrective activities. This training format enabled the participants to master the theoretical basis and acquire the skills necessary for applying the requirements of the standard during real-life operations at UzEngineering.

Upon completion of the training program, the participants were awarded certificates that formally recognized their training as managers and internal auditors of the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2015. The training program has become a key component of our company’s professional development initiatives, enhancing our employees' competencies and strengthening our environmental culture.
